Most PT treats pain.

Baseball PT has to treat output.

You’re cleared … but your arm still doesn’t feel game-ready.

Most rehab stops way before baseball is actually safe. Get rehab + performance that actually prepares your arm, your body, and your mechanics to compete again — not just be “pain-free.”

  • Built for Baseball, Not General PT.

You get throwing/hitting mechanics, strength, and arm care integrated — not a generic shoulder protocol.

  • Progress You Can Measure.

Force plate testing, dynamometry, FlexPro Grip, ArmCare — we clear you based on data, not just the calendar.

  • Faster, Safer Return.

Because we actually train 6 days/week, you don’t decondition while you “wait to be cleared.”

  • You’re Not Doing This Alone.

1:1 weekly PT (90 min/week total) + performance plan you can run in our gym or yours.

Is This You?

→ You lost velo, command, or pop at the plate after an elbow/shoulder thing.

→ You were told to “rest and do bands” and nothing changed.

→ You’re getting mixed advice from coaches/doctors/trainers and don’t know who to trust.

→ You’re scared of getting re-injured — or worse, losing your spot.

→ You want someone who actually speaks baseball and can tell you, “Yeah, you’re ready” based on real testing.

Yep, That’s Me
Baseball physical therapy rehab for throwing athletes focused on pain relief, mechanics, and safe return-to-play performance training.

What we do at Athletic Potential PT:

→ Start with the injury, sure — shoulder/elbow/hip/spine.

→ Then build strength, power, and rate of force development specific to throwing/hitting.

→ Then integrate baseball-specific return-to-throw/return-to-hit progressions.

→ Then clear you with objective testing — not “it’s been 12 weeks so I guess you’re good.”

That’s the difference between “I can throw” and “I can throw hard, repeatedly, and not flare it up.”

Your 3-Step Plan

  • Simple black and white line drawing of a cassette tape.

    Step 1: 15-Minute Clarity Call

We look at your injury history, where you are in the season, and what you actually need (not just what insurance will cover).

  • A black cat lying on a windowsill with greenery outside

    Step 2: 6-Day Rehab + Performance Plan

You get 90 minutes/week of PT with Dylan (broken into 2×45 or 3×30) plus a full 6-day training plan you can run in the Driveline facility or at your gym. You won’t be guessing.

  • A black and white line drawing of a cat sitting on a box.

Step 3: Test → Clear → Return to Sport

We use force plates, dynamometry, ArmCare/FlexPro data, and baseball-specific progressions to clear you. When we say you’re ready, you’re ready.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“As somebody with potentially millions of dollars on the line and the ability to work with any PT in the world, I chose Dylan. If you are truly looking to maximize your chances of success in the rehab process, you should choose him too.”

- Josh Hejka, AAA NY Mets Pitcher

FAQs

  • Because insurance PT is designed for daily function, not elite performance. They discharge you when you can lift your arm and walk. We clear you when you can throw hard again — with the strength and data to back it up.

  • Team AT/PTs are awesome — but they’re managing an entire roster. You’re getting 1:1 time here, plus a 6-day plan, plus return-to-throw. That’s a different tier.

  • Because we don’t clear based on time. We clear based on metrics. If your arm isn’t ready, we don’t guess — we adjust load until it is.
