Jason Modafari at Athletic Potential PT in Tampa Florida

I'm Jason Modafari,

Clinic Director of Athletic Potential PT in Tampa, Florida

I started this practice to help athletes and driven adults get back to what they love with plans that work in real life. Before Tampa, I served as the Major League Physical Therapist for the Cincinnati Reds and as a trusted provider at Beacon Orthopaedics, one of Ohio’s leading sports medicine groups serving there diverse athletic population.

At Athletic Potential PT, we help throwers, athletes of all sports, and active adults rehab, train, and perform pain-free in Tampa. From early post-op to a confident return to competition, our process is straightforward: clear criteria, objective testing, and comprehensive rehab and strength programming built around your goals and your schedule.

We’re also proud to be the primary rehab provider for Driveline Baseball, bringing the same high-performance systems used with elite throwers to every athlete we work with.
