Do you take insurance?Athletic Potential: Performance Physical Therapy, LLC operates as a cash-based physical therapy practice, meaning we do not accept insurance and all services are paid for up-front by the patient. How much do sessions cost? We offer 40-minute appointments at $80/Session. Can I get reimbursed by my insurance? Yes, you can. We provide an itemized receipt, called a super bill, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits. To determine your specific benefits, simply call the number on the back of your insurance card. Many insurance plans, especially PPO plans or those with health savings accounts (HSAs), will reimburse you for some, if not all, of your physical therapy services. Our goal is to ensure you receive the highest quality of care tailored to your needs while offering the flexibility to maximize your insurance benefits where possible.

What advantages does choosing out-of-network Cash PT offer? You might wonder why you should consider physical therapy outside of your insurance network. The answer is simple: Freedom, Quality, and Results. Benefits of Our Premium PT Services: Personalized Care: Enjoy one-on-one sessions tailored to your needs and goals. This means more focused and effective treatments that get you better results, faster. Unrestricted Treatment Options: Access the best treatment strategies without insurance limitations, potentially speeding up your recovery. Flexible Scheduling: Create a recovery plan that fits your schedule. No session limits or rigid timelines to hold you back. Direct Access to Your Therapist: Get ongoing support and guidance with easy, direct communication. Seamless Transition to Maintenance: Continue receiving personalized care beyond initial recovery. Unlike insurance-based PT, which often ends abruptly, our services offer continuous support to help you maintain peak performance and prevent future injuries. In contrast, Insurance-Based PT often involves: Limited Interaction: Less personalized care due to insurance constraints, which can impact your recovery quality. Session Limits: Rigid schedules and limited sessions that might leave you without support when you still need it. Generic Discharge: Often provides a generic Return-to-Play form and discharges you, leaving you to complete recovery on your own. Choosing our premium PT services means investing in superior, personalized care that prioritizes your long-term success and optimal performance, free from the constraints of insurance limitations.

What should I bring to my first appointment?Thank you for trusting me to guide you along the road to recovery. Please take the time to fill out the patient forms provided to you on your patient portal prior to your first appointment. If you have been provided any orthotic bracing or ambulation assistance (crutches, etc.), please be sure to bring it with you. You will want to wear comfortable clothing you can move in, like gym clothes. If provided to you by your surgical team, a rehab protocol for your specific surgery is always helpful for understanding any variances in your surgeons approach.
