This is for you if

  • You play baseball: pitcher, position player, college, HS, MiLB, or MLB
  • You can train at a Driveline facility regularly (local college, driving-age HS, or pro)
  • You are coming back from surgery or a serious injury with at least 12 weeks of rehab ahead
  • You want PT, strength, throwing, and workload managed together through full-effort bullpens

It's not for you if

  • You live far from a Driveline facility and can't train on site regularly
  • You already have a strength coach, school lifting program, or training setup you don't want to leave
  • You want individual visits without a weekly commitment
  • You need a shorter plan for a non-baseball injury, see the 6 Week Hybrid Plan instead

WHAT'S INCLUDED

One plan through full-effort bullpens, followed by a coordinated transition when the athlete is ready for baseball development.

In-person rehab

One to three 45-minute PT sessions each week depending on your tier. Every visit is one-on-one.

Throwing program + in-person throwing

Custom return-to-throw programming begins when you are ready and progresses toward game demands.

Lifting program + in-person lifts

Strength and athletic development progress alongside rehab, with the injured arm and the rest of the body accounted for in one plan.

Daily facility access

Daily gym-floor access. Use it as much or as little as your plan requires.

Weekly programming updates

We adjust every week based on what your body is doing, not a static PDF from day one.

Cash or authorized workers’ comp

Workers’ compensation may be available for eligible MLB, MiLB, and some independent-league cases, subject to authorization.

BUILT FOR THE LONG COURSE

Start after surgery, transfer during rehab, or finish the return-to-competition process here.

Post-op day 1

Tommy John recovery, labrum repair, rotator cuff surgery.

Serious throwing injury

A longer recovery that needs rehab, training, and workload oversight.

Mid-rehab transfer

Continue the process with integrated strength and throwing support.

Full-effort bullpens

Build mound intensity, pitch mix, role-specific volume, and recovery.

One Roof, Clear Roles

REHAB FIRST. PERFORMANCE WHEN READY.

Athletic Potential owns the injured arm and the return to throwing. Driveline owns hitting and pitching development. The transition can happen all at once or in stages, depending on the athlete's role and readiness.

ONE-WAY PITCHERS

Athletic Potential manages rehab and throwing through full-effort bullpens. When the athlete is ready for motion capture, live at-bats, pitch design, velocity development, or command work, Driveline can take over the pitching-development phase.

TWO-WAY PLAYERS

A two-way player can begin Driveline hitting and strength training while Athletic Potential continues to manage the arm and return-to-throw progression. The two plans run together until the athlete is ready for unrestricted pitching work.

Two-way shared-care pricing: this option applies when the athlete joins a Driveline hitting program. Alongside Driveline's fees, Athletic Potential's return-to-throw support is $200 per month and includes programming plus two scheduled 25-minute coaching sessions each week. Unused sessions do not carry over.

Athletes choose the next setting. We can hand the plan to Driveline, the athlete's team, a private coach, or another training facility with current workload, velocity, and strength benchmarks attached.
